Collectopia offers a service that allows users to securely vault and digitize their graded cards. By shipping their cards to our xxxx vault, users can store and insure them at no cost, with the cards being added directly to their digital wallet. These cards can be traded instantly worldwide and are redeemable 24/7 for the exact physical cards. Currently, we only accept graded cards shipped from within the US, but we plan to expand this service more broadly in the future./

How Does It Work?

To begin, navigate to Collectopia and select the 'Submit my cards' option.

1. Provide details about your cards, obtain a prepaid shipping label, and take it to your nearest USPS location. Alternatively, you can send your cards directly to the vault from another marketplace (additional information available here).

2. Once your package reaches Brink’s, your card will be authenticated and processed.

3. Your card is then securely stored and added to your digital wallet.

And that's all! You can manage your collection on the go, decide when to sell, or transfer it directly to a friend – all on your own terms.

How Do I Get Revenue Share From My Cards?

When you send a card to Collectopia, your wallet is designated as the card's "originator." Following the initial sale from your wallet, the originator earns a 1% revenue share from every subsequent sale of the card. This revenue stream ceases once the card is redeemed from our vault.

For instance, if the originator sells their 1st Edition Charizard to another collector, it's processed as a standard sale. However, if the new owner later sells the card, the originator receives 1% from that transaction. The originator continues to earn 1% from each sale of the card they initially sent to the vault, until it is redeemed.

Please note, this does not apply to cards bought during our drops.

Are These Cards Redeemable?

All cards kept in the Collectopia vault can be redeemed globally at any time.

When you view your cards on Collectopia, a redeem button will appear next to the ones you own. Additionally, you can find the redemption request forms available at this location.

Where Is My Card Stored?

Cards are stored at the Collectopia vault in the central Malaysia. Cards are stored under bank-grade security byxxxx. See more info about our vault here.

Is My Card Insured?

Yes. Your cards are insured for free while in the vault.

Who Pays For Shipping?

We absorb the shipping costs for delivering your cards to our vault.

When redeeming, the shipping fees are billed to the redeemer, depending on their location and the distance from our vault. For further details on redemption costs and shipping fees, please visit our redemption page.

How Quickly Is The Card Minted After I Send It In?

The turnaround time is contingent on the duration it takes for your asset to reach our vault. Once you dispatch your asset to Collectopia, the process of authenticating the card, generating the 3D rendering, and minting it to your wallet typically spans 1 to 2 weeks.
